Another hard day at the office.

Our adventures so far. Still in the UK. We are relisting our entire shop on EBay France. One by one. After 3 months they will vanish. It will certainly keep us busy. Only 13,347 to go.

I am having to revise most of our listings as EBay have changed the Colour category from one box to another box (again), this time over 4,000 listings to revise, mostly Hawaiian shirts. So if you are thinking of buying a shirt do me a favour and buy it now as I am a week into editing and looking at another week of editing to stop them whining down the phone at me. Pretty please buy a shirt any shirt.

Serial returners are very naughty.

Online shoppers could be given a 'returner rating' that would allow stores to blacklist people who constantly send things back. Eight in ten web stores are 'very concerned' about the level of returns.
