Little gem spotted today in Seyssinet-Pariset on top floor with open views to the mountains. Large studio fully renovated with a separated kitchen. We hope our client arriving from Paris will like it as much as we did!

We had the opportunity to visit some apartments of the new Babel Community Building this morning in Grenoble, located right under Bastille. Studios, 1-bedroom apartments or private bedrooms in « collocation » can be rented for a month or longer, from 670 euros to 1200€ ++. Rent includes everything (energy cost, internet, home insurance) but linens/towels. The building also offers co working / meeting spaces, fitness rooms and a restaurant, all with a breathtaking view!
