2 years of our beautiful shop and what a ride its been! We've made the best of friends, cuddles the bestest bubbas, had the most supportive customers, been in newspapers, spoken on the radio, sent important letters to Santa, won awards, created the most meaningful gifts, plenty of name announcements, kept pregnancy secrets, been lucky enough to attend birthday parties and christenings. How lucky are we! And next month we get to launch in Jarrolds, I can't believe we've come this far. Weve had to change our business plan 3 times so far this year, let's see what the next year brings. We couldn't have done it without you all. Happy 2nd shop birthday to us 🐻🐻🐻

How's our personalisation studio going to work within Jarrolds ?

Here's a little more info for you all 😁

🏬 Location: You will find our new studio in the centre of the Jarrolds ground floor.

🗓️ When: We will be launching in September. The exact date will be announced soon.

🏷️ How: Simply make your purchase from Jarrolds. Whether that's for a handbag, purse/wallet, clothing, accessories, gift hamper, soft toy and more.
We can personalise the majority of products inside Jarrolds via either embroidery, embossing or engraving.

🪙 Price: After you've made your purchase from Jarrolds, visit our counter and we will personalise your item with your initials, name, date or small text of your choice for a small fee. All whilst you wait, or you're welcome to pop back and collect it once you've finished shopping in Norwich.

🎁 We will also be offering a gift wrapping, gift box and postage options too.

The kids absolutely love it here. There's plenty of animals to see and it doesn't feel like you're walking around for miles and miles to see everything.
