Wether you are struggling with mental health, grief or trauma. You are not a burden. You are not your worst days. And there is always a way out of the dark, even when every single part of you believes there isn’t.

You get to choose the direction. Even in grief. Even in the thick of it. Even when you can barely see two steps ahead.

Through his death, My Son Cohan taught me that. And The Waves Movement exists because of it.

The Waves Movement Walks exist for the days you are not further along. For the days you just need to get out the door, breathe some air, and be around people who don’t need you to explain yourself.

And here’s something we want you to know, you don’t have to be at your worst to come along. You don’t have to be in crisis. You don’t have to be falling apart. You can be having a relatively okay week and still need this. Grief doesn’t work in straight lines and neither do we. You are welcome here on the hard days and the okay ones.

Even when you’re surrounded by people. Even when everyone around you is trying. The specific weight of what you’re carrying can feel impossible to share.
