Alterations take a lot of time and patience and usually the dress needs to be opened up and re-constructed to make the alterations possible.

Understanding garment construction is key for such a service. Aren’t I glad I completed a degree that covered all this knowledge 😅

Ps. This picture is a completed alteration to the illusion panel that was around an inch to big.

Some Sad news to give today. But unfortunately out of my control!

My current Studio will no longer be in use after July due to the property it sits on being sold. Which unfortunately stops us from being able to offer our made to order, fitting appointments and alteration services.

I am looking for a new affordable and workable space/studio but until then Futurity Bride will be out of action and temporarily closed from July 2023 until further notice.

Brides to be that I have booked in already your dresses are not affected by this. Any brides that are existing customers and need alterations booked for the second half of this year - please get in touch so we can make your arrangements.
