A little pinch-me moment for Hiraeth Vintage 🥹
We’re in the October issue of Country Living Magazine!
Seeing Hiraeth Vintage there in print, under “Where to buy”, described as an “online emporium run by a husband-and-wife duo” honestly feels like such a huge win for us and the business we’ve built together.
This made me smile so much because it instantly made me think of all the hours Dom and I spend sat at the kitchen table with cuppas, tag-teaming every pile of Observer’s Books that comes through the door - checking them over, inspecting condition, working out editions, photographing, listing, wrapping and eventually sending each one off to its new home 📚
Hiraeth started in 2021 as an idea and a love of old things, so to now see our name in the pages of Country Living, in a feature celebrating something that has become such a lovely little part of Hiraeth, feels incredibly special. As soon as I found out we’d been included, I jumped straight in the car to go and find a copy 😂
Even more excitingly, lots of you found us through the feature too. We’ve had such a lovely flurry of Observer’s Book orders that we’ve spent the last few days filling the shelves back up again with lots more titles.
When you’re working away behind the scenes every day, it’s easy to forget how much something has grown. This feature really made me stop for a second and think, wow, we did that.
Thank you so much to everyone who has bought something, shared Hiraeth, followed along, opened an email or simply told someone about us. Every bit of support has helped us build a business that we’re incredibly proud of.
