Sewing is therapy for sure! ❤️… it’s proved that Repetitive motions (stitching, guiding fabric) can trigger the body’s relaxation response, lower cortisol (stress hormone), and promote release of feel-good neurotransmitters like serotonin. The focused attention often induces a “flow” state that quiets racing thoughts. overwhelmingly positive impact and creates mindfulness, reduces stress, and helps alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Benefits also include greater emotional well-being, a sense of purpose/achievement, social connection. I hope Sew Dotty workshops are therapy for you! ❤️

Tuesday 10th November when Mark Pickles from the Sewing Studio in Bath will be coming over for the day to service machines.
I currently have a couple of spaces left.
If you are interested let me know! £20 deposit required now to book your space!
