I know we still have Halloween to get out of the way, but I have been getting into a Christmas mood this weekend and have played around with this pattern I found to start on some Christmas decorations.

This blanket took longer than planned, but it's been worth the wait.

Please tell me I am not the only one who keeps misplacing their crochet hooks and knitting needles!

My 4.5mm hook is M.I.A. so I have had to put my granny square blanket on hold until it reappears. I have had a quick searching, but it's probably disappeared in a toy box or in our sofa cushions 😔

Instead I am making this wavey lap blanket. Perfect for an evening on the sofa when it gets a little chilly, but not quite cold enough to crank the heating up!

I know, I know! More rainbows 🌈 😂

But the kids and I saw some gorgeous rainbows yesterday and it reminded me of how many rainbows there are in our British autumn weather.

So here are rainbow pumpkins! The perfect mix between bright and autumn colours!
