The truth is, none of this was part of the plan.
Zee was my bounce instructor.
Then she became my sister-in-law.
Then my best friend.
Then my business partner.
Before Pink City, there was another business. Before that, completely different careers. And somewhere along the way, life threw both of us a few curveballs that changed everything.
A trip to Jaipur was supposed to be about sourcing marquees for our events company.
Instead, we came home with another completely ridiculous idea.
Pink City.
No fashion experience.
No manufacturing experience.
No business plan.
Just two mums who fell in love with the colours, craftsmanship and fabrics of Jaipur and decided to give it a go.
A year later, we’re still learning.
Still making mistakes.
Still saying “it’ll be fine” far more often than we should.
But we’re incredibly grateful you’re here for the ride ❤️
