Lil’s journey to founding MIMMO Studios has been anything but linear. From working as an ice-cream lady to a lighthouse assistant, baker, and tailor, each role has shaped her perspective and appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity, and community. Both consciously and unconsciously, she has been building towards creating her own business for many years.

MIMMO Studios is a culmination of those experiences, a space where design and storytelling come together.

Zosia Ceramics is the creative practice of Sophie Fletcher, a ceramicist based in East Cambridge, working from her dad’s garage just outside Cambridge. Since first discovering pottery in 2018, Sophie has developed a distinctive approach to functional ceramics, creating mugs, dishes and vases that celebrate individuality, comfort and the quiet rituals of home life.

Izzy is a designer and maker mainly specialising in knitwear. Her work has a strong focus on craftsmanship, with each piece being made in house, by hand on vintage equipment and machinery Izzy has collected over the years.

Izzy designs and makes knitted pieces across apparel and objects which stems from her love of colour, composition and everyday objects and materials.
