My Name is Steve Hemming I have been making Handmade Leather Watch Straps since 2007, Everything is made just how it was years ago using traditional tools and techniques, I was taught by the now famous Valerie Michael and Neil MacGregor from the Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen in the UK. Each Leather strap is cut by hand from high quality British Veg Tanned hides. The Strap is Glue

d together using only the best bookbinders glue, the holes for stitching are created using a diamond tipped awl, the stitched style is a traditional saddle stitch, making it very durable indeed, the edges are then burnished leaving it perfect for a long live on your watch
Each strap is made total by hand, no sewing machines used here. Each strap will be slightly different due to the nature of Veg Tanned leather, often having characteristics, such as wrinkles, scratches, and other imperfections that are considered positive features that add to its aged appearance. We often make straps from Vintage leather Ammo Pouches etc, those are very Unique indeed. We specialise in extra long watch strap, we can make them as long or as short as you need.
