You can spend your whole life wondering why everything felt harder for you…

Or you can finally understand yourself and rebuild from there.

Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 29 didn’t ruin me.
It explained me.

●The anger.
●The impulsiveness.
●The burnout.
●The masking.
●The addiction.
●The feeling of always being “too much” but never enough.

I used to think I was broken.
Now I realise I was trying to survive in a world that never taught me how my brain worked.

This is for the people grieving the years they lost…
and for the people finally ready to take their life back.

You are not behind.
You’re becoming.

Most people don’t understand BPD… that misunderstanding destroys people.

It’s not “attention seeking.”
It’s not “overreacting.”
It’s not a choice.

It’s emotional intensity most people will never experience and trying to survive it every single day.

Imagine feeling everything x10…

while also being terrified people will leave.
That’s the reality for so many.

What people with BPD need isn’t judgment.
It’s understanding.

Because one bit of empathy
can change everything.

Apologies for the radio silence lately — but when people said “don’t blink”, I didn’t realise they meant it quite literally! 🤯

In just two months, my little Lottie Bea turns one 🥹❤️

It’s wild to think that what started as a simple idea — Attentive — ended up changing my entire life. From a clothing brand born out of struggle… to becoming a first-time dad… all because I followed a purpose bigger than myself. 🌠

If that’s not proof that the universe rewards the energy you give out, I don’t know what is.

Becoming a dad has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it’s also shown me a kind of love I didn’t know existed. Watching this little superstar grow makes every single moment — the highs, the lows, the late nights — so worth it. 🥰

Lottie Bea Maddocks, I love you more than life itself. ❤️

… it’s 3 years since I chose to live again.

Back then, every weekend was the same cycle — drink, drugs, regret, repeat.

I thought that was normal.
But really, I was just trying to silence an ADHD brain that never switched off.

Fast forward to now — I’ve got Nikki, Olly, Gracie, and Lottie.
A home full of love, laughter, and actual peace.

I still get urges, I still have bad days — but I finally understand my brain, and I’ve learned to work with it, not against it.
3 years sober. 3 years of clarity. 3 years of becoming who I was meant to be. 💪🧠💫

So you drink. You take something. You escape — just to feel normal for a few hours.

But when normal starts to cost your peace, your sleep, your weekends, your relationships — it’s not just ‘fun anymore’.
