Hi everyone! We have had some new faces joining our Tuli Kids gang so I thought a little introduction is a good idea.

I’m Anna, the founder and owner of Tuli Kids, an online shop that offers a range of fun and educational toys for children. I’m so happy to share with you my story and what inspired me to start this business.

I’ve always loved playing with toys and games, especially ones that spark my imagination and creativity. When I became a mum, I wanted to give my daughter Amelia the same joy and excitement that I had as a child. I also wanted to help her learn new things and develop new skills through play.

I started looking for toys that were not only fun, but also durable, eco-friendly, and ethically made. I was disappointed by the lack of options in the market back then, and I felt that there was a gap for quality toys that could inspire children to explore, create, and discover.

That’s when I decided to create Tuli Kids, a place where parents can find toys that are carefully selected for their design, functionality, and educational value. I work with small and independent brands that share my passion for creating beautiful and meaningful products for children.

Oh, I can agree with this statement 100%. Today is International Yoga Day and this year’s theme is “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” which beautifully encapsulates collective aspiration for “One Earth, One Family, One Future”. Something that is really important for all of us.

Personally, I really do enjoy yoga. Am I good at it? Hell no! What is important to me is the time I can just have time for myself, control my breathing, and relax.

I have to admit that my experience with yoga started, thanks to Naomi at In her element YogaBabe when I was attending with Amelia when she was very little and that hour on the mat with her was really special.
Now, we both enjoy a bit of Cosmic Kids Yoga and it’s so amazing watching her focus on her breathing. The fact that our children are being taught about mindfulness is mind-blowing! Yoga doesn’t need to be boring, and it can be a fun and effective way of keeping our children physically active and promoting relaxation and mindfulness at the same time.

Another way to do yoga with children is on Wobbel Board. It’s not just a toy! It’s such a versatile accessory that really has no end when you think about its usage. Dog Pose? Not a problem :)
