All set up and ready for this weekends Warwickshire Open Studios! This is the first time I've set up in my own garden and I'm chuffed to bits how it has turned out. Even the roses have come out to compliment it. We just need a little more of that sunshine. I'm not the only one in Offenham. We have so many talented artists and have produced a little trail. Bridget Steel-Jessop is just around the corner at her fabulous new studios, Cotswold Edge Studios alongside Matthew Rea, Eli, Rees King, Frank Bagshaw and Mike Bagshaw. Tor Hilyard is in the village alongside Ruth ParkinsonJohns and Dannie Alexander. Wendy at the Art Pad is also open where I am assured you can get cake! Lovely little trail around the village finishing for a 'craft' beer at our very own Boat Lane Brewery or the Bridge Inn. Perfect day out!

So it seems we are coming out of the darkness and into the light! Never to do things by halves, I seem to have three exhibitions this year! The first being 'Something to talk about' with Calamanco, a textile art group I belong to run by Christine Benson. Our venue is Hallow church nr Worcester. We are all very excited and nervous to be exhibiting so soon but also thrilled to bits to be invited by this wonderful church for our venue. It's going to be beautiful! We all need something spiritually up lifting to see and 'talk about'.
Other artists I am exhibiting alongside include, Christine Benson, Anne Coker, Sue Molsom, Sylvia Thistle, Julia Rollit, Anne Westwood and Sue Phillips. Of course, the Lady Agnes Anne, the Lady Amy, Queenie, the Queen of Midsummer will also be in attendance along with a rare appearance from the Lady Cecily.
