In 2021, we started with the name Survivor.

Because that’s what we were.

Two people shaped by our past.
Carrying scars. Learning how to move forward.

But something changed.

We realised we weren’t just surviving individually.
We were healing together.
Training together.
Pushing each other.
Holding each other accountable.
Becoming stronger because we refused to let the past define us.

That’s when Survivor became

Because survival isn’t a solo journey.

Every person you meet has fought a battle you cannot see.
Every scar holds a story.
Every setback holds strength waiting to be built.

WeSurvive represents community.
It represents resilience.
It represents choosing discipline over self-destruction.
It represents turning pain into power.

We don’t hide our scars.

We wear them.

PRACTICAL REGULATION 001 //

There will be days when training feels heavier than it should, both physically and mentally.

Stress accumulates quietly. Family life, work deadlines, pressure, expectations. By the time you step into the gym or lace up your shoes, your nervous system may already be on edge. That edge can feel like resistance.

But resistance isn’t always a stop sign. Sometimes it’s a signal to regulate.

Slow your breath. Lower your starting weight. Shorten the session if needed. The goal is never perfection it’s consistency. Showing up and stabilising yourself, even when your internal state feels chaotic.

Every time you regulate instead of retreat, you teach your body that discomfort is survivable.

And that lesson carries far beyond training.
