In Daniel 7, the prophet Daniel dreams of four fierce beasts rising from a turbulent sea. These terrifying creatures symbolize four successive global empires that would rule the ancient world and impact God's people before the eternal kingdom of God is established. The first beast represented the Babylonian empire, 2nd was the Medo-Persian empire, the 3rd was the Greek empire and the 4th is the Roman Empire.

The Bible can be seen as an accurate history book to some as well as the other ways we see it, God's word can tell us alot in life and is alive and active, this book isn't just a book. Daniel and the book of Revelations are often studied together because they hold prophecy of the end times as we can see these empires are true, depicted from a long time ago in the Bible - the 3rd Empire was under Alexander the greats ruling...get ready now as the Lords return is soon!
