I made my first Sirocco Jumpsuit from Deer and Doe pattern using a beautiful Ponte Roma. The fabric has a lovely stretch and a nice weight to it. I absolutely loved making this jumpsuit. It was easy to sew the pattern instructions are very easy to follow. It’s super comfortable to wear and I think it looks very nice 😊 I am planning to make another one or possibly two more 😬 Thank you for the lovely fabric 😊

Do you have a pair of jeans with a broken zip? This lovely pair of jeans had a broken zip but not anymore!!! That means it isn’t going to end up in a landfill somewhere in the world. I made this lovely top using a cotton jersey I was gifted by 😊 The fabric is so lovely and soft. It has the right amount of stretch for this project. I love working with cotton jersey and this project was entirely made using my overlocker. What a dream 😃 The pattern is from the High Hopes Dolman. It’s a PDF pattern and the instructions are really easy to follow. It’s very comfortable to wear and it gives me a 90’s vibes because of the sleeves. I am sure I had a similar top back then 😄 Thank you for such a beautiful fabric.

I have been very busy making clothes alterations and mending. Rather than throwing clothes away and buying new ones let’s try and mend or alter something that we have and like. I really love my new dress 💕😍 The pattern is McCall’s M8090 from June issue 95. It has 3 versions and I made version A. I shortened the bodice and the sleeves a little. The fabric is from it’s a beautiful Lady McElroy Marley cotton lawn. It’s a lovely fabric to work with, it drapes beautifully and it’s great for the summer. I can’t wait to wear it!
