This is the blanket I designed and made my beautiful niece for her 3rd birthday 😊 it is already much loved so I tried to get a photo of it in situ ("tried" being the operative word here!) But it's so big I honestly couldn't fit it all into a picture 😂 need to get a stepladder! Good news is, it's so big it will do her for years to come! 💜 I would love to know what you think? Happy Easter everyone! How are you spending your day?

I spent an eventful 10 mins brushing our oldest Jack Russell 's teeth and by god does her breath smell better 😂

I also gave my grandad his birthday present today....a week and a half late 🙈 but by the smile on his face I'd say he was happy! My grandad loves to cook, so I thought making him a personalised chopping board would be the perfect gift 😊

So to say life has been hectic would be putting it mildly! I feel like a juggler who's juggling too many balls and dropping them 😂

Amongst the chaos that is my life right now though, I have managed to design this blanket for my beautiful niece 💜 once the pattern is complete, the crochet will commence!
Not sure what colours to do this one in though, would love to hear your suggestions!

So as some of you may know, I have a beautiful rottie.
So since she's a rottweiller, as you can imagine, she's quite big. However, she doesn't seem to realise/accept this.
She's very much of the "if I fits, I sits" mentality 😛
So whilst over at my mums, she spotted the small milk crate my mum had made into a bed for one of her Jack Russells...and decided it was HER bed. Much faffing and squeezing ensued and this was the result 😂
If you look to the right of said milk crate you'll see the oversized beanbag she could have layed upon instead....numpty.

So a wee while ago whilst on the bus to Asda, I was crocheting my latest order and there was a man sitting behind me, watching.
When I pressed the bell to get off, he said to me "you should make videos of you knitting, I've never felt so relaxed".
I was slightly bemused yet touched, so I didn't have the heart to correct him 😂

Our Story

Hi there, my name is Linzi and I am a local artist from Dundee, Scotland. My creative range of unique handcrafted crochet designs are all made from premium acrylic and wool blends, locally sourced . My range is constantly evolving, as I am passionate about bringing crochet back into fashion (it never truly left...).

My inspiration comes from mythical lore and the beautiful scenery/colours of Scotland.

I’m rarely without my crochet hook in my hand and my ideal day is spent browsing in wool shops, such is my love of my craft.

The alternative to my crochet hook is my paintbrush, another extension of my right hand. I started out as a surealistic artist, which I still enjoy, and will eventually bring to my business. In the meantime, having so many friends and family with “furbabies” has taken me in a new direction.
