🚗 Why do I strip car seats down for cleaning? 🚗

When it comes to car seat cleaning, it’s about so much more than making them look nice again.

By carefully removing the covers (in line with the manufacturer’s instructions), I’m able to access all those hidden areas where crumbs, dirt, spills and bacteria can build up over time.

But that’s not the only reason…

Stripping down a car seat also allows me to inspect it for:

🔍 Damage to fabrics or components
🔍 Wear and tear that may affect safety
🔍 Hidden dirt and debris that can’t be reached with a surface clean
