So excited to share with you all that I am a finalist in the New Business category for the Galashiels Heartland of the Borders awards!!!

Thank you so so so much to everyone who has voted for us, I was just so chuffed to even be told I was being nominated never mind become a finalist! So grateful to you all and looking forward to heading along to the ceremony next Friday!

What a great day at Melrose Bowling Club Christmas Market, Ellie and I had a fantastic time selling alongside some lovely fellow sellers, such a lovely friendly atmosphere- in Ellies words she had a fun day making new friends! Thank you very much for having us and we hope to be back next year! 💕🎄🎅✨️🎁

All set up and ready for Melrose Bowling Club Christmas Market come down 10-3pm to get some Christmas shopping done or for a look around some lovely stalls! I'm selling a lovely range of snoods today along with some sewing Christmasgift ideas! I've also got my little helper with me today! ✨️🎅🎄

I've got a very busy few weeks ahead getting your alterations done in time for Christmas! The rack is now full for December and I will be closing Friday 19th until Jan 7th for the Christmas festivities!

✨️Appreciation Post✨️

Over the past few months I have been very lucky to have been on program Pathways - which is an amazing opportunity to be given coaching sessions and a grant towards your buisness or business idea.

I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with , she has been so supportive in my journey to creating Sew for Kids. She has guided me with organising my goals right through to planning content - thank you so much!

I would fully recommend and encourage anyone who has an idea for a business but not sure of where to start to contact SOSE and get on the Pathways program!

Equally if you are looking for some couching for your business Jill is the person you want! She is so approachable and no question or ask is too small! She is so kind and encouraging I have no doubt she can help you along your journey - thank you Jill 💕

🟡🔵Sew for Kids🔵🟡

Such a great start to our Beginners Block on Wednesday! The girls got straight into using the sewing machine to make a little shoulder bag! They all chose their fabric, drew round the pattern, cut it out, chose a strap and then over to the machine to sew it all together! I'm sure you can agree they did a great job 🪡🧵💕
