We are BACK 🙌🏽

In what feels like forever, we are now ready to get back to our other passion of raising awareness for with some new designs and branding 🙌🏽

We’ve not been completely away from wellbeing and wellness as we’ve been continuing to build our fitness brand which we all know plays a huge part in our overall physical and mental health ❤️

The original designs will always be a mainstay but we wanted to add some colour and energy to the brand, so we hope you like what we’ve created. We initially have three designs to show you over the next few days and will then be releasing them to purchase.

We hope everyone has been keeping well 🙏🏽 and we’re sure we’ll catch up with most of you over the coming weeks & months.

Just because it’s a new year doesn’t always mean you need to make wholesale personal changes.

It’s positive to look at a new year like “New Year, New Me” but it’s one thing at a time. Too much change can cause anxiety and frustration if you’re not achieving things as expected.

Be easy on yourself and take things step by step.

These next few months will most certainly be layer season🧣🧥

You can’t quite judge if it’s going to be too cold or get too warm, so it’s best to cover all bases. A t-shirt, jumper and jacket.

That’s why we’re loving our new bomber jacket. Just the right top layer for these chiller days ☺️

If you find a way to get out and about that helps the body maintain good physical health, be it outdoor walking, yoga, or a gym class, you’ll more often than not feel so much better mentally 🧠

Understanding both mind & body is super important to overall health 🙌🏽
