Never judge! Twice in 24 hours I got questioned about parking in a Disability space. I should not need to explain myself to the Disability police. I can tell you the 2nd person got me on a bad day! I Bet they wish they never pulled me up. Lol........ ADHD, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ONLY JUST KEEPING IT TOGETHER, SINGLE MUM, BUSY LIFE, BUILDING A BUSINESS, 3 CHILDREN UNDER 10. AND THE LIST GOES ON.......... MY Emotional dial is either -100 or +100 at present there is no inbetween lol 😆

I'm Joanne Hope, founder of Diverse MMX Clothing, single mum of three, ADHD entrepreneur, dyslexic and deaf in one ear.

Life hasn't been easy. From childhood trauma and living with disabilities to raising children with additional needs, fighting for support and navigating a marriage breakdown while building my business.

There have been tears, exhaustion, financial struggles and moments I've wanted to give up.

But my hardest moments have given me my greatest determination.

I created Diverse MMX from lived experience, turning everyday struggles into innovative sensory clothing that helps others feel comfortable, included and understood.

I'm not perfect. I'm often overwhelmed, sometimes chaotic, but I'm passionate, resilient and determined to make a difference.

My personal brand isn't about perfection. It's about purpose, authenticity and never giving up.

Being named a TOP 10 FINALIST in the Flamingo Business Awards means the world to me!

DIVERSE represents the beautiful differences that make every single one of us unique.

MMX is the Roman numeral for 2010, the year of the Equality Act, a landmark piece of legislation protecting people from discrimination, including those with disabilities.

And that is exactly what my business stands for. Equality, inclusion, acceptance and the right to be yourself.

At Diverse MMX, I design and create adaptive clothing for the neurodivergent community, including people with autism, ADHD and sensory processing differences.

From hidden fidgets and sensory-friendly clothing to our Locate Me safety features, every little detail has a purpose. 💚

As a mum of three, navigating neurodiversity both personally and within my family, this business means absolutely everything to me.

I've built Diverse MMX with one mission: to help people feel comfortable, confident, included and understood.
