OSUN STATE: CONGRATULATIONS TO SENATOR ADEMOLA ADELEKE (PDP)
I join millions of democrats in Nigeria and beyond in congratulating the newly elected Governor of Osun State; Chief Ademola Adeleke (PDP). The people of Osun State have spoken loudly and democracy has won in the end.
Nigerians are no longer deceived by political party affiliations. We are now more interested in the CHARACTER of the Flag-bearers, and folks with the right antecedents, capacity, capability, competence and pedigree to deliver excellent leadership and results.
The just concluded Osun State election is only a litmus test and a reminder that incumbents at both State and Federal levels can be defeated in a truly transparent and credible election.
I call on Nigerians to be obedient as we commit to obeying the clarion calls by getting our PVCs, and committing to vote come 2023.
It is time we built a new Nigeria that is devoid of excuses, hyper corruption, mediocrity, insecurity, bad economy, unproductivity and underdevelopments.
We will not Labour in vain.
