AVK i-Care Independent Opticians in Ickenham. We are a small, family run independent Opticians in Ickenham.

We provide eye tests, prescription spectacles, sports eye wear, swim and ski goggles and contact lenses. We carry a large selection of frames starting at £65 including standard single vision lenses. Most of our frames include standard single vision lenses including designer frames. We are NHS registered to provide FREE eye care for under 18's in full time education,FREE eye tests for over 60's and

FREE eye care for any one on state benefits such as job seekers allowance and income support. We have an on site Laboratory for minor repairs and adjustments, we also carry out minor watch repairs such as replacement batteries and strap adjustments.

People of Ickenham and beyond! AVK has a Saturday eye test clinic this Saturday 3rd Feb between 10 and 4pm!
Remember, Ickenham residents get a half price eye test, over 60’s, kids and teens under 19 in full time education get a free eye test on the NHS.

We have an extensive range of frames and lenses to suit all budgets. We use the best lenses made by Varilux, Nikon, Hoya, Carl Zeiss and Optiswiss. We also have an on-site lab and carry out minor repairs.

Dear customers and friends. At 3am on Friday morning, our shop was broken into and a lot of our expensive stock was taken. Please help us by spreading the word and looking out for anyone selling Tom Ford, Gucci and Ray Ban sunglasses without cases.

Please see below, the ***hole who broke in.
If anyone knows anything, please help us. We are trying to get better images of his ugly face off our cctv.

We stock a large selection of children's spectacle frames which include lenses and are all free on the NHS voucher scheme. We have Ben 10, Spiderman, Avengers Assemble, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Peppa Pig, Minnie Mouse and Disney Princess.
