✨ A new chapter ✨

Hi, I’m Tegan, the face behind Maen. 🤍

After a few years away from the salon, I’m so excited to finally be back doing what I’ve always wanted to do.

You’ll now find me working at Riverside Salon every Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Hairdressing has always been the career I’ve wanted, so being back behind the chair genuinely feels like coming home. I can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces and share this journey with you. 🤍

I think most of us have seen a bad set of extensions at some point 🫣

Thick bulky bonds, obvious lines, poor blends and damage are usually what come to mind when people think about extensions, but good quality hair and correct fitting really do make such a difference ✨

Modern extensions can look so soft and natural when they’re fitted correctly and tailored properly to your natural hair.

DIY extensions may seem like the cheaper option at the time, but poor quality hair and incorrect fitting can lead to breakage, thinning and long term damage to your natural hair 🤎

Correct fitting, safe sectioning and good quality hair really do make all the difference.

To celebrate the launch of Maen, I’ll be opening 3 heavily discounted introductory appointments for nano ring extensions 🤎

These appointments will be used for content creation and portfolio building, therefore photos/videos will be taken throughout the appointment.

Consultations will be required beforehand for colour matching, suitability and to discuss the overall look you’re wanting to achieve, as every set of extensions is tailored individually to each client.
