Welcome to ‘Handmade at Newstead’, my name is Carol. Now that I have time on my hands, I have entered the wonderful world of sewing. It has been a joy learning new skills, e.g. quilting, dress making and very recently children’s clothing. Everything has been a challenge, but the results have been worth the effort. Dare I say it: “I’ve become very good at it”.
