Sorry I’ve been quiet over the last few weeks!!!
Over the Christmas period after doing some research I found that crochet products that are used as toys need to be CE tested which is a European legislation for toy safety. After reading more in to this and learning what I would have to do to comply with this, I made the tough decision to close down my page for selling. Setting up this little page was just so that I could continue doing my little hobby for other people on my day’s off work. I never intended it to be a replacement for my actual full time job of being a Children’s A&E nurse (which I adore). I have already individually messaged anyone who has made an order through Facebook (if I haven’t I do apologise the app isn’t quite working right) i’ll close the page down during next week after I finish my night shifts. If you have questions please drop me an email [email protected] I’ll still continue to crochet for friends and family who are aware they are not intended for toy use.
