A cosy little space where your baby or toddler can play, explore, discover and have the loveliest time…while you get to slow down and enjoy it with them with a nice hot drink and a little treat.

An hour on a Monday morning to get out the house and start your week with a beautiful little play session…no structure…no pressure…just come as you are and ‘relax’…a lovely calm space for you to just be.

✨The session is designed specifically for babies from the earliest days right up to 2 years

What will you find…

🤍A cosy little teepee to snuggle down and enjoy a book together

🤍A black & white space for our tiniest babies

🤍Baby play mats & tummy time area

🤍Cute toddler play spaces

🤍’Little explorer zone’ including a brand new Montessori climbing frame, a ballpit and a tunnel for little movers

🤍Dolls & little role play for imaginations to flourish

🌿on the 1st session of the month there will be a Baby Weigh station🌿

A hot drink, a little treat, a chance to chat, meet other lovely mums and enjoy a moment where you don’t have to rush anywhere. ☕️🍪

Then we slow things right down with bubbles, cuddles & gentle lullabies to finish our morning. 🫧

A few lovely words from mums who have been coming to my sessions…and these words really do mean a lot🤍

…When I first started to build Hand on Heart I new I wanted to create a calm, beautiful space for mums to come along with their little ones and just relax, enjoy a hot drink and connect with other mums without any pressure
… I always pour my heart into every single session and I love getting to know you…I’m a mum of 3 and i really do get it🤍

I feel really proud of this little business, something I built completely from scratch…just lots of ideas scribbled down on paper, Pinterest boards and visions of what I would want from a baby group…and here we are 1 year on with a wonderful community of mums and babies, new friendships, little ones reaching big milestones and even some with more little ones on the way!

🤍I’m so glad you enjoy my sessions and I can’t wait to get back in the Autumn🍂

Hi, I’m Claire…mum of three boys and the face behind all of the beautiful, baby-filled classes that is Hand on Heart🤍

If you’ve recently found me, I thought it was time to introduce myself and show you a little of what I offer…

I pour so much love into creating these classes…from the high quality toys and little details, to the beautiful setups and those tiny touches that hopefully make you feel really special when you walk through the door.

I’ve trained with the wonderful Little Rosebuds Academy and everything I have learnt is reflected in my classes, the biggest inspiration and support for my little business🤍

…something that I feel is important to say

I get it!

I’ve been through 3 pregnancies. I’ve had three babies very close together.
I’ve experienced the excitement, the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the beautiful moments and the “am I actually doing this right?” moments that come with motherhood.

And that’s why Hand on Heart is about so much more than baby classes.

I genuinely love getting to know you, watching your little ones grow and seeing friendships blossom along the way.

And yes, I absolutely LOVE creating all the pretty setups✨

But underneath all of that, I’m here for you.
To welcome you, support you, listen to you, celebrate you and hopefully create a little space where you can feel completely comfortable being yourself.
