For those who have been with me since the beginning, you’ll know that FrescaLòu has been my passion, bringing you high quality gymwear and connecting with an incredible community of customers.
It’s been such a rewarding experience, building a loyal customer base, meeting so many inspiring people, and receiving endless support along the way. I’ll be FOREVER grateful for the journey and the relationships I’ve built here ✨
However, after a lot thought and reflection, I’ve realized that my heart is leading me in a new direction.

For the last year and a half, I’ve been on a transformative journey discovering my true love for Pilates 🧘♀️
Fitness has been a huge part of my life for over 10 years now, and now I’ve finally decided to turn that passion into purpose.
🩷I’m so happy to announce that I’m now a certified Mat pilates instructor, and I’m in the process of completing my Reformer pilates qualification🩷
With this, I’m excited to share that this page will now be focused on everything Pilates and Wellness💖
I’ve decided to keep the name Frescalou because it represents so much to me and still aligns perfectly with the path I’m moving towards♥️ I have just revamped the logo, hopefully you all love it as much as me 🥰
Once again thank you so much to every single customer who has purchased from me, every single person who has supported me, your support has never gone unnoticed and I’ll forever be grateful 🙏♥️
