RETURNS POLICY
Old Boots Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return that isn't authorised and/or not sent in accordance with Our Policy below. In the case of unauthorised returns, the items will be returned to the original shipping address on the order. Our Policy
Any returns must be filled out using the form on our website. Please clearly state your name, order number and reason for return.
• All returned items must be unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• We are not responsible for the costs of return shipping, unless the items are faulty/incorrect. Then the cost is on us. However, if we find that the item is in fact not faulty/incorrect, then we will charge the cost back to you and return the item to the original address on the order.
• If you’re from outside the UK and you want to return, please mark the package with 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges.
14 days to return
If an item isn’t for you or there’s something wrong with the item, you have 14 days to let us know and get it to us.

You can expect a full refund within 7 days of us receiving the item. Don’t worry we’ll let you know once it’s being processed. Faulty/incorrect items
