Episode 4 meets Venetia Archer

Venetia is an experienced technology entrepreneur and disruptor in the beauty space. In 2016, she launched Europe’s largest on-demand beauty services platform which has now delivered nearly half a million services in the UK and abroad. Venetia has been named one of the Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Management Today’s 35 Under 35, and she is an advisory board member to the British Beauty Council. Prior to founding Ruuby, Venetia worked as a geopolitical risk analyst, specialising in Somali piracy - and spent a stint in Kenya researching pirate gangs - an adventurous start to her professional career, before moving into entrepreneurship. 
 
Venetia is passionate about entrepreneurship, Angel investing (particularly in women in technology and beauty), and serves as an advisor to a number of emerging
businesses in the space.  

Yomi is about one thing : “It’s your own show”. That’s how you survive, that’s how you go on. 
The Apéritifs are a way to get a piece of these women’s “shows”. To understand how each one is pulling it off and how one learns to live by one’s own rules.
