GOODHOOD Selected Goods for the Independent Mind since 2007. The Goodhood Store opened its doors on a backstreet in Hoxton, Shoreditch in September 2007.

Started as a self initiated, self funded project to curate some of the finest clothing collections and objects from around the world, it's initial purpose was to support like minded brands from around the world who shared our ideas of independence, exclusivity and quality. Shortly there after came the webstore which has grown to becoming an industry leading website and along with the store carries

some of the worlds most prestigious lines. An ongoing collaboration with R. Newbold started in 2008 and reaching into it's 4th year has been an integral part of defining the Goodhood Store aesthetic; each season a capsule collection is produced offering The Goodhoods Stores own take on the effortlessly style now synonymous with the store. In December 2010 the store expanded onto 2 floors so that dedicated space could be offered to both men and women. Early 2011 saw the opening of a new studio space called The Goodhood Workshop housing our own offices as well as an exhibition space in conjunction with Galeries Goldsein (G.A.G), which plays host to new and thought provoking exhibitions as well as one off launches like the U.K launch of the Carhartt Heritage line. The Goodhood Store remains unique in it's brand identity, it's culture, it's level of service and as a space men and women can both find the best of a worldwide curated selection of goods.

Some things change. Some things stay with you.
 
The Goodhood Tote has been part of our story for almost 20 years.
 
What began as a simple way to carry your latest purchase out of the store has gradually become something much bigger, slung over shoulders on commutes, packed for weekends away, taken to the record shop, the market and everywhere in between.
 
Over the years we’ve revisited it time and time again.
 
New colours, new graphics and new iterations, but always with the same purpose: a durable everyday carryall that’s built to be used.
 
 Whether it’s the classic Goodhood London Tote or the bold Goodhood Lifestore Tote, each is made from hard-wearing cotton with twin carry handles and enough room for whatever the day calls for.
 
The latest colours continue that story.

We had the pleasure of welcoming to Goodhood for the latest edition of Good People. Born in Tehran and now based in London, Kasra V has become one of the most respected names across underground club culture, known for his genre-spanning DJ sets, forward-thinking productions and decade-long residency at NTS Radio.

Stone Island latest creative project turns its focus to the global hardcore and metalcore scene, paying tribute to a subculture defined by its resilience, community and uncompromising spirit.
 
Photographer and director Isaac Lamb spent over six months travelling across Europe and North America with High Vis, ANGEL DU$T, Knocked Loose and B.H.C.A.D.E.D, documenting life on the road through a documentary lens. Alongside the intensity of the live shows, the project captures the moments between sets, offering an intimate portrait of a scene that continues to thrive on its own terms.
 
Throughout the series, band members wear a mix of current and vintage Stone Island, reinforcing the brand’s longstanding connection to subcultures built on authenticity and endurance.

Long before open-plan living became the norm, Ray Kappe was already rethinking how a home could be experienced.
 
Completed in 1967 as his own family residence, the Kappe House dissolves the idea of conventional rooms in favour of interconnected platforms, shifting levels and uninterrupted sightlines. Every short flight of stairs reveals a new perspective, while redwood beams, exposed concrete and walls of glass create a rhythm that feels both considered and effortless.
 
Perched above the wooded hillside of Pacific Palisades, the house touches the landscape lightly. Elevated on concrete supports, it allows the terrain to pass beneath, while skylights and floor-to-ceiling glazing pull changing light deep into the interior throughout the day.
 
More than a family home, it was Kappe’s workshop. The glass-walled studio overlooking the rock garden became the place where ideas were tested, refined and carried into the hundreds of projects that followed, helping define a distinctly Californian approach to modernism.
 
Still owned by the Kappe family until earlier this year, the house has now been listed publicly for the first time, offering a rare look inside one of residential architecture’s most enduring works.

For this special Merrell Europe x P.A.M. (Perks And Mini) window installation, we wanted to celebrate a collaboration that blurs the lines between technical innovation and experimental design.
 
Rooted in Merrell’s heritage of performance and reimagined through P.A.M.’s distinctive visual language, the collection invites a new perspective on movement, where the trail becomes a place for curiosity, creativity, and self-expression.
 
Featuring the Cham Storm GORE-TEX® x P.A.M and Hydro Next Gen Moc x P.A.M, the installation reflects a shared approach to pushing familiar forms into unexpected territories.
