Some of the toughest conditions imaginable.. 🥵
 
Day 2 of Ultra 4 Charity’s Albania Mountain Race was relentless. Steep climbs, 40-degree heat and long days on the trail pushed every runner to their limits.
 
Across three distances – 25km, 50km and 100km – what started as a physical test quickly became something bigger. A shared experience shaped by resilience and community. Everywhere you looked runners were coming together to keep each other moving forward. It was an emotional one.
 
At the heart of Ultra 4 Charity is a simple mission: to bring people together in tough environments to support amazing charities. This event was a perfect example of that. A huge congratulations to every runner who took on the mountains, and a massive thank you to the medics, therapists, volunteers and organisers who made it all possible.

Well that escalated quickly.. ⛰️
 
We’re back with Ultra 4 Charity – swapping the desert for the mountains, in beautiful Albania.
 
Day 1 of 2 was a perfect storm of distance, heat and elevation. But when the going got tough, the community came together. Runners helping runners, pushing each other forward and sharing the mountain every step of the way. Eventually ending at base camp – an ancient monastery nestled deep in the mountains. 
 
A celebration of connection, community, freedom and human endurance.

For staying connected to her body, her breath and the ground beneath her gives her the confidence to move freely - from training to the court.
 
“Working with Vivos, whether it’s in the gym or out of the gym, has really allowed me to strengthen my feet in different ways that I didn’t know, and that can all transfer onto the court.”

Now, she’s taking that strength to one of the biggest stages in tennis. We’re proud to have Caty in the Vivo family and cheering her on as she competes at the US Open. 🎾
