As one year closes, another begins.

2025 has been a year of learning, making, unmaking, and beginning again — at the bench, through commissions, exhibitions, and conversations built on trust. Pusaka exists because of the people who choose to support slow, thoughtful making.

Thank you for being part of this journey — whether you’ve followed quietly, collected a piece, shared the work, or simply taken the time to look closely. Every gesture has mattered.

As we step into 2026, the intention remains the same:
to make with care, to honour time and memory, and to create objects that are carried forward — not just worn.
Here’s to continuing, together.

— Edwin Charmain
Founder, Pusaka.

❄️ While the city rests into winter, SHINE 2025 is still alive with craft, stories, and quiet detail.

is hosting the work of eleven UK makers this season — a gathering of hands, skills, and ways of seeing.

My contribution, The Garden of Recollection, sits among them: pieces shaped from memory, pattern, and the trace of flowers long past. Seeing the collection in its cabinet has been a gentle reminder of why I make — and why these shared spaces matter.

There are only a few weeks left to visit, meet the makers’ work up close, and find something that resonates or becomes a gift for the season ahead.

✨ SHINE 2025
On view until 19 December 2025
All pieces available to purchase via The Goldsmiths’ Centre.

🌧️ Winter outside, but I’m still carrying blooms.
Summer flowers, bees, and the quiet patterns they leave behind — becoming silver through hand and flame.

From sketch to filigree, from wire to form, each piece holds a trace of what inspired it.

Just in time for the season of gifting, the Phlox Filigree Ring & Achillea Wrap Ring — from The Garden of Recollection — are currently shown and available for purchase through as part of SHINE 2025.

London N1 Studio Bench Available (Dec 2025 – Feb 2026) ✨

I’ll be heading to Indonesia for a project over the winter months — so my bench space in our Hoxton-based jewellery and metalwork studio will be available to sublet from December 2025 to February 2026.
-
💷 £118 per week (inclusive of water, internet, and electricity)

You’ll be joining a dynamic shared workshop of seven (3 full-time, 4 part-time) talented makers — jewellers, metal artists, and creatives who make the space feel like a true community.

Studio highlights:
🌿 Located just off Hoxton Street (London N1)
🕓 24-hour access & Wi-Fi
🎨 Set within a vibrant artist studio complex
☕ Communal kitchen with hot water, microwave & fridge
🌸 Access to a private garden for tenants
🚆 5 mins to Hoxton Overground + short walk to Shoreditch High St, Liverpool St & Old St Stations
🚌 Easy access to routes connecting to Hatton Garden & Central London

As I’ll be leaving my tools and setup in place, I’d prefer someone I know personally or who comes recommended through my network — ideally another professional maker or jeweller.

🗣️ “It’s all 3D printed, right?”
That’s just one of the many questions I get behind the booth — and it’s a good one. 💷

This episode starts at the very beginning: fire, silver, and a little patience. But that’s only part of the story.

Think you know how it’s made? Watch till the end and let me know what you think 👀👇

💛 Still Shining After SHINE 2025 ✨

It’s been a few weeks since the incredible Shine Pop-up at (17 September) — and I’m still glowing from all the inspiring conversations, connections, and kind words shared that day.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried on the pieces, and supported my work — it truly means the world.

Although the pop-up has finished, the story isn’t over…
My work is still on show as part of the Shine 2025 Exhibition at The Goldsmiths’ Centre, London, running until 22 December 2025. ✨

You can still visit the exhibition, experience the pieces in person, and even purchase directly through the Centre.

So if you missed the pop-up — you haven’t missed your chance to see the collection shine 💫

📍 The Goldsmiths’ Centre, London
🗓 Exhibition open until 22 Dec 2025

Some gifts are more than objects. They carry presence, memory, and care. 🎁

✨ The Wrap in Meaning Capsule Collection is back! ✨

Inspired by the timeless rituals of giving, where the gesture holds as much meaning as the gift itself, this collection celebrates the beauty of thoughtfulness.

Rooted in cross-cultural traditions, each ribbon-inspired piece becomes a quiet reminder of how we hold one another in gratitude and love, how care travels, even when we’re apart.

In a world that moves so quickly, I’d like to invite you to slow down.
To give with intention, and
To receive with reflection.

Let every loop and knot whisper a story between hands and heart, turning jewellery into a story — a moment wrapped in meaning. 🌿

Perfection is overrated…In nature, nothing is perfectly symmetrical — and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful.

The Asymmetrical Leaf Earrings challenge our obsession with flawless design, embracing the quiet, imperfect rhythm of falling leaves — just as they once drifted through Charmain’s family garden. 🍃

Each pair is handcrafted from recycled silver using centuries-old Indonesian filigree techniques, reinterpreting imperfection as elegance. One stud. One threader. No duplicates. No mass production — just living art.

Because true beauty doesn’t come from symmetry… it comes from story, soul, and hands that make.

Discover this piece from “The Garden of Recollection” — now showcased and available exclusively at the Goldsmiths’ Centre shop.
