It's that time of year again. The beginning of my summer break from day job. Having to take different approach this year. Being much more gentle with myself. Understanding that although I am much better, still need to work on being fully fit ready for September. So planning make time, inspirational days out and about and REST! Less I must do and more if can do on my list.
Disappointed, but not surprised that the horrors of genocide is still carrying on.
Remember there a lots of ways to protest and support. educate yourself read 📚, Boycott, sign petitions, donate , shop with small local businesses, write to your MP. Share posts. Quiet small pebbles working in unison with the load visable borders we are on the right side of history. Keep going.

My first art exhibition visit this year. Paulo Nimer Pjota Encantados exhibition on at South London Gallery until 23rd August. Free entry. Small show definitely worth a visit. Lovely to see some art in person again 🙂
