The wait just got shorter.
We’re opening orders for a limited Express Batch of 35 pairs of Sanjas.
Usually, joining our Community Buying Club means following a five-month journey from seed to seam while the cotton is spun, woven and made into your Sanjas.

This time, something is different.

The regenerative Khadi cloth is already woven and waiting. After mid-July, we’ll press play on one month of sewing, bringing these 35 pairs to life.

That means you could receive your Sanjas in around one month instead of the usual five-month wait.

They’ll still be made with the same care: adjustable, repairable and designed to be fit for life and fit for a lifetime. We’re simply able to begin further along the journey.

What if fashion wasn’t simply something sold to us, but something we helped to shape?

Sanja means partnership in Hindi. Collaboration isn’t an added extra for us. It’s the foundation of the whole business.

Sanja Stories brings together growers, spinners, weavers, makers, designers, circularity specialists and our Community Buying Club. Each person contributes their knowledge, experience and voice to create something none of us could make alone.

Our Buying Club members aren’t passive customers. By pre-ordering, they help us produce only what is needed, reducing excess stock and waste. They follow their Sanjas from seed to seam, share feedback and become part of the garment’s continuing story.

The product itself is designed with that same spirit.

Healthy bodies move and change, so Sanjas have an adjustable waist and length. High-wear areas such as the knees and pockets are modular and replaceable, helping each pair remain in use for longer.

They arrive as a natural canvas, ready to be worn naked or customised through natural colour, print, patches and repair. Through the Digital Product Passport, each wearer can add their own chapter as their Sanjas evolve.

At our original Sanja Stories event, we brought the journey into the room: cotton being spun by hand, cloth shaped through heritage knowledge, and natural colour showing us another way forward.

Khadi is not simply a fabric or a nostalgic reference. It is a living process. Cotton is spun into yarn and woven by hand, carrying the movement, skill and rhythm of its makers into every metre.

Alongside our hand-spinning display, AMA Herbal shared the possibilities of natural dyes: colour developed through deep material knowledge, with greater care for the people, water and places involved.

For us, heritage and innovation belong together.

We’re not trying to recreate the past. We’re asking what its knowledge can teach us about making clothes more slowly, safely and meaningfully today.

Teen Model Diary -

She loved the Sanjas so much that she wanted a pair for herself - we shot a few looks here and she joined us for our studio shoot. She joined the buying club and is showing teens how to style the Sanjas here with crop tops, wearing the Sanjas lower on the hip in a pre Y2K cargo parachute pant style.

Sanjas are for all ages and gender - adjust to perfectly fit. Whats fun is you can share your Sanjas - however many choose to love their pair.
