Dom Goor launched his first collection in 1993 while still studying at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art, selling to independent boutiques and fellow students. He went on to work on costumes for several movies including Pierce Brosnan for James Bond, and also help put together skin based collections for several top end high street retailers. Dom has always had a passion for working in skins and
luxury fabrics and has become renown for his collections, having a loyal following of celebrity clients and being stocked in some of the best shops in the country including Harvey Nichols. Except for the cashmere, the Dom Goor Collection is made here in London by workshops that Dom has worked closely with for many years and are true masters of their craft. The process starts with each skin being selected and matched, then hand cut piece by piece. It is then given to a single machinist who will stitch the complete garment. Finally, it is hand finished and checked, ready to be loved by it's new owner. Real love is taken in creating the products, and pride in the fact that these beautiful items are made here in London.
