Had grand plans to make gingerbread... but the last week has been crazy busy! So instead we bought a lovely gingerbread house and our little girl stuck it all together with icing and decorated it.

In the absence of jelly tots, 'Colin the Caterpillar' rose to the challenge! 🤣

Took our girl to visit the lovely Santa’s Grotto at Northfields Nursery in Sewardstone at the weekend. The grotto is raising money for the wonderful Haven House Children's Hospice in Woodford Green.

It is open every weekend from Saturday 6 December to Monday 22 December and you can book your tickets on the Haven House website.

As well as strolling through magical Christmas scenes with lots of photo opportunities; kids can do Christmas crafts and will even get to meet the real life 'big man' himself and receive a present! 🥰

(Pleased to report our little lady was on the nice list!... 🤣)

The 'human elves' there were doing a wonderful job too... Please do support them if you can! X
