Terms and conditions for any purchase and customised orders.
*Note - Please read carefully. We assume everyone has read this when they are placing orders.
*1* Without Payment no dispatch, no holding or booking. Payment can be made in Indian rupees or British pounds (date of purchase conversation rate will apply) via Bank transfer only.
*2* No exchange, No Return, No Refund on dislike basis. No
returns on - because of feel of material, did not like the quality etc. We try to give best, but every customer taste and preferences are different. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. No refunds or returns after 7 days. Any damage to the returned item will incur deduction of charges and will be reduced from refund.
*3* Parcel Opening Video is compulsory unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel. After 24 hours, we can't do anything. No excuses like customer was out of station or they came to know later etc.
*4* In case of exchange or returns shipping has to be paid by customer. No refunds on any shipping charges.
*5* Slight colour variations, light or dark due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings is normal. If unsure please ask for video. We try to get them from manufacturers but at times may not be possible.
*6* Dispatch will be done in 2-3 working days from the time of payment. Tracking is not possible for all the orders. Max time of delivery within India is 7 to 15 working days. Due to heavy dispatch sometimes tracking may get delayed but goods are always dispatched on time.
*7* Small issues like thread missing, zari missing, removable stain or spot, open stitching are not considered as damage. Most of our products are directly from weavers so please note that you will not get "shop finish" as they are polished and ready to sell at higher prices.
*8* Price and Shipping charges are fixed so strictly no bargain please.
*9* Always share a screenshot after payment.
*10* In case of damaged or outside small issues as listed in point *7* the product must be returned in the same condition as received. The saree must be folded in the same way you received it. If the returned item is not received in satisfactory condition, charges may apply and deducted from refund. At all times any returned item courier charges must be paid by the customer, no refund applicable on postage.
