Yesterday I completed 100km on the cross trainer in around 16.5 - 17 hours trying to raise money for my London Marathon jourmey.

I have never attempted anything like this before. I was someone who never went to the gym and especially did no running or keeping fit all my life I am really made up I got the the end of this challenge.

I would like to thank all those who donated and a special thanks to you all for the support i got yesterday.
