The Christie in Macclesfield would like our help! They need more of these simple drain bags for breast cancer patients following their mastectomies. We provide the pattern and all info for them here at the shop. The bags have to be made to the pattern we provide. We used one of our polycottons for the outer and lining of the bag, but any fabric remnants will work. The finished bags need to be returned directly to the Christie or to us. We are giving customers who pick up a pattern and make these drain bags 10% off our polycottons this week!

Threads, Threads, Threads - we have all the threads! We stock a wide range of Gutermann (Sew-All, Recycled, Cotton, Extra Strong, Maraflex, Bobbin, Topstitching, Rayon, Metallic). Then we have a rainbow of Moon Threads which we love. They are good value for money and they can even go on your overlocker! We also stock a basic range of Overlocking threads. Furthermore we have Embroidery Threads, Invisible Thread and Shirring Elastic… We are more than happy to advise you on the perfect thread (and shade) for your project!
