We visited many silk factories, after comparison, we finally chose to cooperate with the century-old "Liuhe" factory in Nanchong, Sichuan, as our own manufacturer. Nanchong silk is one of the traditional silk-knowledge crafts with Han characteristics, Nanchong City is located in the northeast of Sichuan Basin and the midstream of Jialing River. It is suitable for mulberry sericulture and has a history of sericulture for more than 3000 years. It was awarded the title of "Chinese Silk Capital" by the China Silk Association in April 2005. Nanchong silk was famous throughout the country as early as the Tang Dynasty and became a court tribute. It is well-known both at home and abroad for its superb weaving skills. Our factory
In 1912, the democratic revolutionist Zhang Lan and other people with lofty ideals called for silk to save the country, and founded the "Xinglong Silk Factory" here, which was later renamed "Liuhe". The meaning is "Heaven, Earth, Southeast, Northwest" unity. In 1915, the Guoshan Sericulture Society (the predecessor of the Liuhe Silk Factory) Golden Deer brand raw silk won the gold medal at the Panama International Fair. Our Bedding Production Division is lead by a team of Master Silk Weavers, with a combined experience of over 40 years of experience in Silk Sheet production. Our Sleepwear Production Division is supervised by our Master Tailors, with over 30 years of experience working with Silk. These Tailors complete all Silk product customizations by hand. An extensive team of Quality Assurance (QA) experts inspect all our products at every step of the production process to ensure that our silk products are manufactured to the highest of standards. We are proud to say that we are making significant progress in achieving our goal to connect customers with silk workers directly. Our workers are having fair wages and benefits and reasonable working hours. In the meanwhile, our products are consistently 10%-20% less expensive than silk stores based in the US or Europe without sacrificing product quality.
