In these unprecedented times, it is normal to feel stressed, our working and personal lives have had to drastically change. Everyday things may feel that they getting on top of us.
Try to take some time to yourself, to breathe, try , a daily stroll to take yourself away temporarily.
We are all for these different techniques and regularly participate in guided breathing exercises.
The below example is a perfect tool. Box breathing is helpful during extreme stress, and has been shown to calm and regulate the autonomic nervous system. Slowing down the breath allows CO2 to build up in your blood, which stimulates the response of the vagus nerve, producing a feeling of calmness throughout the body. Next time you’re feeling stressed, try this:

❤️ Hold for 4.
🧡 Exhale for 4.
💛 Hold for 4.
Repeat. ☝️
