Hello, I'm Becky, the owner, designer & stylist of For just ONE day. I have spent years designing kidswear for the British high-street, being obsessed by kids products, going to festivals, designing spaces at festivals, and throwing amazing parties for my children. I have two girls who spend most of their time singing, dancing, dressing up in my clothes or hanging upside

For Just One Day's lovingly handmade and imaginative children’s play clothes are inspired by theatre, vintage aerialist costumes or eccentric explorers from the past. They capture the spirit, innocence and freedom of childhood and obscure the line between clothing and costume whilst encouraging children to play and wear pieces with creative expression. As they fade and fray with age they become more beautiful and it adds to their charm. Our garments are designed with a refreshing point of difference to the high-street and they offer real value that doesn’t compromise on quality. All garments are handmade by me in our atelier. Our sizes range from age 3 to 12. At age 3 we believe that children start to develop a sense of who they are and learn to express themselves through imaginative play. We like to encourage this for as long as possible. As well as an imaginative range of play clothes, For Just One Day sells beautifully designed and coordinated children’s partyware such as plates, cups, cutlery, party bags, fillers, decorations, cards & presents. We sell our own branded For just one day products and also independent brands that we love and find inspiring. At For Just One Day we believe that kids parties should be so much more than some balloons and a couple of sandwiches. We create imaginative spaces that transport a child's imagination to a magical forest, a galactic dimension, or a tea party on a unicorn cloud. If you can think of it we can create it. We can plan, we can design, we can make, and we can style any party for your little, or big ones. We do big parties, little parties, tight budgets and extravagant blowouts. We can supply props, invitations, party favours, bags, decorations, and dress up to go with your style . . . we do it all. We get imaginative, we get creative, we get excited.
