Yesterday was everything I hoped it would be and more.

Two years ago, N&Co. was just me, a garage, and a dream. Yesterday I stood in my own shop, surrounded by incredible customers, friends, family, and members of this amazing community.

We had people travel from the other side of the country to visit, children exploring the sensory space, lots of hugs, lots of shopping, and more support than I could ever put into words.

The thing I’m most proud of isn’t the shop itself. It’s what it represents. A community built on acceptance, advocacy, understanding, and belonging.

Thank you to every person who came, every person who shared a post, placed an order, sent a message, or cheered us on from afar. You helped turn something I never thought was possible into reality.

Today, I’m going to sit with a very full heart and try to take it all in.

I still can’t quite believe I’m writing this…

Tomorrow, Neurospicy & Co. officially opens its very own shop. 🖤

Two years ago, this was just a tiny idea in my garage. A few designs, a lot of hope, and absolutely no expectation that it would grow into this.

There have been moments where I’ve questioned everything, moments where I’ve wanted to give up, and moments where life has thrown more at our family than felt possible to carry. But somehow, one step at a time, this little business kept growing.

And now it has a front door.

A real shop. A space created with love, acceptance, and community at its heart. A place where neurodivergent and disabled people can walk in and know they belong.

I’m proud. I’m terrified. I’m excited. Mostly, I’m grateful.

Thank you to every single person who has supported Neurospicy & Co. from the beginning, bought a t-shirt, shared a post, cheered me on, or simply believed in what I’m trying to build.

One thing I never expected when I started Neurospicy & Co. was the absolutely incredible people I’d meet along the way.

Today I went to book signing for ‘Autistically Me’ and took him a little N&Co. goodie bag. It was lovely to chat, have a cuddle, get my book signed, and celebrate the launch of a book that’s all about understanding and embracing autistic minds.

It’s always special meeting people who are helping to create greater understanding and acceptance of autistic experiences. As someone who wasn’t diagnosed until adulthood, seeing autistic voices celebrated so publicly means a lot.

Congratulations on the book launch Bradley, and thank you for using your platform to help more autistic people feel seen! I can’t wait to get stuck in and read 📖

This is one recommendation post that was incredibly easy to make ❤️

Many of you know how much I’ve had to navigate over the years as a parent of neurodivergent children. From DLA applications and EHCP processes to formal complaints when things haven’t been right, it’s often felt like a full-time job on top of everything else.

Throughout so much of that, Amanda has been there to help. Her knowledge is incredible, but more than that, she genuinely cares about helping families get the support they’re entitled to.

She’s helped me understand processes, draft documents, and find my voice when I’ve felt completely overwhelmed by systems that can be difficult to navigate.

If you’re navigating DLA, PIP, EHCPs, complaints, or anything similar, I genuinely can’t recommend Amanda enough.

Can we normalise the fact that being a good mum, running a business, managing appointments, supporting neurodivergent kids and keeping a spotless house can’t all be done perfectly at the same time?

Instagram usually sees the finished products.

This is everything happening around them.

Some weeks Neurospicy & Co. is thriving and the washing is living on a chair.

Some weeks the house is under control and my inbox is a disaster.

Either way, we’re still showing up.
