We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Support Manager to join our team and help us continue our journey of growth and success.
Position Overview: The Business Support Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to provide essential administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversea and monitor all online selling portals to ensure excellent customer service. -Provide advice and guidance where necessary to dispatch department based on customers feedback. -Assist in inventory count on weekly monthly and yearly. -Complete monthly reporting and send relevant paper work to director - Liaise with external accountants to ensure compliance and timely reporting to HMRC. -Manage staff and assign duties and tasks. -Ensure GDPR compliance and data handling across the board.
Qualifications:
A-level or equivalent qualifications, good GCSEs/S grades, previous relevant experience.
