Small things that help when your head’s a mess:
🟠 Go for a 10-minute walk - Exercise releases endorphins. A walk can give you time and space to process.
🟠 Message a mate and be honest - Let's face it, we're pretty rubbish at opening up, and it's not helping us at all. Text your mate. You're not a burden
🟠 Drink a glass of water - Yeah, seriously.
🟠 Write down 1 thing you’re feeling - Writing helps you process what's going on. It doesn't matter what you say, how you say it, spellings, grammar or any of that. Just put it on the page and see where it goes. You never know, you might end up writing something that will help someone else as well.
None of this fixes everything — but sometimes it softens the edges, or releases the pressure a little bit.
