It is with a sad heart that I have to say goodbye (for now). Thank you ALL for your encouragement, support, friendship, and for being the best customers in the world. I am truly grateful.

What you can expect from this weekends ‘Sunday Session’ 😌

Ohhh this is going to be a good one! If you’ve not joined before this would be a great session to test the water.

This Sunday we will incorporate legs up the wall combined with belly breathing to help you release stress, ease into relaxation and get you ready for a restful sleep.

This pose has many benefits for menopausal symptoms – easing those restless legs, swollen ankles, feet & joints. It helps to ease back pain and release your pelvic floor. We’ll combine with our breath to engage the vagus nerve and let our brain know it’s safe to relax.

If you can’t raise your legs like this or find it uncomfortable you can also use the end of your bed or a chair to rest your legs on. You can even just lie flat with a cushion under your knees if you feel this will make it more accessible for you. (just message me if you have any questions, but we'll chat all this through before we get started)
