🤍 Remain the same girl with shining eyes and a wild passion for life, but without the childlike naivety I once had.

🤍 Have stopped trying to change how people think and feel about me. I realized that if they never accepted me, it’s because they chose not to. No matter what I do, that won’t change.

🤍 Allowed myself the whim of no longer seeking to please everyone. I finally understand that not everyone in my life is worthy of my energy and love. So now, I allow myself to walk away from places where I’m not valued or respected.

🤍 Rediscovered my pride, which I had buried deep inside. I had been dependent on the people I loved and valued in my life, but that was only one-sided. I’ve finally learned to live without those who do just fine without me.

🤍 Realized how strong I am. Over the past few years, my emotional state hit rock bottom for the first time in my life. But I pulled myself out of it without medication, therapists, or dependencies—only through my fierce willpower, love for life, and love for myself.

🤍 Filter my surroundings. I care about who is with me, and the difference has become clear—who is a friend and who is just a user.

🤍 Discovered that true love isn’t based solely on physical connection with a partner. Love also relies on emotional safety. That’s the only way.

🤍 For the first time, I can allow myself to be vulnerable. My whole life, I felt like I had to embody traits typically associated with men. I was strong because I was always “on my own.” And sometimes, how I longed to feel like a little girl behind a strong man… that shoulder has finally appeared in my life.

🤍 Now I know what it means to be truly loved… my eyes speak for themselves.

🤍 Accept myself as I am. I feel beautiful for my age, with all my wrinkles and signs of aging.

🤍 Allow myself to take a break from the fast pace. I’ve stopped chasing every trend in my work and do everything at my comfortable pace. I’m prioritizing my health.

🤍 Realized that life can begin after 40… so I plan to make the most of it.
