Hi everyone, sorry for being so quiet for so long. I've been shielding for 15mths, but fingers crossed I'll get my second Covid jab early June, so will be back after that.

Hello everyone.
Sorry I've been quiet, I have been really busy during these strange times. I'm in isolation and not allowed to leave the house.
So a group of us sewing ladies have got together, making scrub/wash bags, buttoned ear savers, buttoned headbands and Face masks for Frontline workers, all free of charge. To date we have sent out over 3000 items to hospitals, care homes, individual carers, paramedics, teachers, lorry drivers, etc..
So if you are a frontline worker, please let me know if you are in need of any of the above items. They would need collecting from myself, as I can't go out. I'm based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

For all your sewing needs, from wedding dress alterations, turning up trousers, skirts and dresses, to sewing on buttons and badges. I also do curtain alterations and cushions.

Prom season in full swing!!! I can't believe how many beautiful different dresses there are. No two dress alterations have been the same and all the young ladies look so beautiful 😊 x

Busy, busy, busy!!
Sorry I've been quiet, over the past few weeks I have:
Made new seat covers for 2 sofas, made 8 cushion covers, altered 2 pairs of curtains, altered several prom dresses and prom suits, made a bed runner, altered 3 pairs of trousers and replaced 4 zips!! Having a couple of days off, then this week I've got 2 pairs of curtains to slter and 4 cushion covers to make. 😊 x

Another busy week, doing free alterations on Prom dresses and suits for our local school, to help keep the costs down for the pupils ✂️👔👗😊 x
